Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan orders 3000 housing grants for citizens in emirate of Abu Dhabi

Business & Finance Club - Abu Dhabi: President H.H. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued in his capacity as Ruler of Abu Dhabi an emiri decree on delivery of 3000 housing grants to citizens in the emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Of these total grants, 2933 will be offered as plots with 1835 plots to be distributed in the suburbs of Abu Dhabi, 1041 plots in suburbs of Al Ain and 76 plots in the Western Region.

The President's grant includes delivery of 48 houses of which 36, 10 and two houses will be given to citizens in neighborhoods of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Western Region respectively.

The decree complements the policy adopted by Sheikh Khalifa to achieve the highest standard of decent living to all citizens and strengthen social cohesion among the components of the State.

The kind gesture also underlines HH's care for the welfare and stability of citizens so as to ensure better future for generations.

The President instructed H.H. Gen. Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council, to follow up coordination among departments of housing and its related services to execute these residential project as quickly as possible especially those have been under-construction for a long time.
